— Terms and Conditions
According to the Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) with the exception of § 5.7 and 5.8. and the following cancellation policy that allows a cancellation free of charge up to three months before arrival. Up to one month we charge 40%, within one month or in case of an early departure 100% of the full arrangement.

Rates are per room and day including half board (breakfast and dinner), vat, roomservice, child care and the use of the hotel’s spa. Not included local tax of Euro 3,80 per person and day.
Garage: EUR 45,00/day
— Children
Can be accomodated in their parents’ room in separate beds. Children up to 3 years are free of charge. Child care is included in the room rate.
— Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 11 am on the day of your departure.
— Reservations
To be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
— Pets
Pets can not be accepted in the hotel.
— Internet-Access
You will be able to connect to the internet on our private notebooks in the library. Our library and the hotel-lobby are equipped with a W-LAN, rooms with a broadband connection. All internet-accesses are free of charge.

Double rooms superior: (40m2), very spacious deluxe rooms with separate corner seating.
Junior suites: (45m2), visually screened bed- and living room area, separate dressing room
Suites: (50-110m2), separate bed- and living room, 1, 2 or 3 bed- and bathrooms, dressing room Suites and Junior-suites equipped with stereo system, DVD-player, ADSL internet connection, some of them with open fire-place

State of the art conference facilities for up to 25 persons in the hotel conference room and up to 50 persons in our converted barn “Allmeinde”.
